    A vase style drinking water faucet for reverse osmosis systems that need an air gap. The drain tubes come already attached, and the kit includes the wrench, adapters and couplings to finish the install.

    Check your system first: this is an AIR GAP faucet with 3 connection ports.

    • 1/4" stem: fits a 1/4" OD drinking water (permeate) line
    • Drain inlet: 1/4" OD line (red)
    • Drain outlet: 3/8" OD line (black)

    • Water leaks from the air gap hole: the 3/8" drain tube is blocked. Clear it.
    • Gurgling noise: the 3/8" drain tube sags lower than the drain pipe connection. Shorten it so it runs downhill the whole way.
    • Gurgling with no low spot: the RO system's drain flow is above the faucet's 40 oz/min maximum.
    • Port leaks: don't pull or bend the pre-attached tubes with force during install.

    Mount the faucet through the sink or countertop hole: escutcheon and seal on top, washers and lock nut from below, then tighten the nut with a faucet wrench. Connect the system's product water tubing to the faucet, the RO drain line to the air gap inlet, and the air gap outlet to the drain saddle. Keep the drain line short, sloped and free of dips and kinks. Turn the water on, check for leaks and flush before use.

    The faucet is designed for 1/4" and 3/8" poly/PEX tubing using the included quick-connect adapters. We recommend using food-grade polyethylene (poly) or PEX lines rather than copper after filtration, as purified RO water can react with pure copper and affect taste.
