Metpure Inc. offers FREE economy shipping on all retail orders of our products.

● For business/reseller customers, shipping is NOT FREE.

● Free shipping only applies to domestic economy shipping for retail orders, within the contiguous 48 states.

● Orders may be shipped economy via FedEx, UPS, or US Postal Service at our sole discretion.

● You may be provided with faster shipping services for a cost at check out.

● Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is NOT FREE.

● Shipping to US unincorporated territories, such as Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, United States Virgin Islands is NOT FREE.

● International shipment is NOT FREE.

● Commercial items and oversized/overweight items are subject to shipping fee and shipping is NOT FREE.

● Freight, LTL, FTL, palletized shipments will need to be quoted separately and shipping is NOT FREE.

● Metpure Inc. reserves the right to charge a shipping fee if the order purchased cannot cover for the shipping cost.

Shipping Details

● For retail customers, we send all orders within 48 business hours of receiving them.

● Same day shipment for business/reseller customers (if order is submitted before 12pm PST).

● We do NOT ship to PO boxes. Orders with PO box shipping address will be cancelled and refunded.

● Orders may be drop-shipped by our supply partners directly to you and will have their shipping box and packing list info.

● If we inadvertently fail to charge for shipping and later discover that we should have done so, we will charge the card on file for the missed shipping charges.

● Carrier tracking number will be provided once order is shipped.

International Orders

Shipments outside of the US for orders placed on this site will have total shipping cost, including postage, handling fee, duty, and applicable VAT calculated separately. The calculated cost will then be added to the total to be paid for the order to be shipped out.

P.O. Boxes

We DO NOT ship to PO boxes. Orders with shipping address to PO boxes will be cancelled and refunded.

Shipping and Delivery Responsibility

● Metpure Inc. does not ship on weekends or major holidays.

● We will only ship to the address you have provided in the shipping address detail when you checked out. Metpure Inc. will not be responsible for non-delivered packages if wrong address was input during check out.

● You must contact Metpure Inc. immediately for any tracked packages that showed delivered but did not show up. Metpure Inc. will not be responsible for any packages that are correctly delivered but stolen, forwarded, or rejected.

● Metpure Inc. does not accept responsibility and has no control for shipping delays caused by shipping carriers.

Order Cancellation

● If your order has not been shipped, you can cancel your order by going to Cancel Order. If order is cancelled successfully, you should get an e-mail informing your cancellation and refund will be issued.

● If your item has already been picked up by the shipping carrier, order cannot be cancelled and you will need to go through our Returns procedure to get a refund.

30-Day Return Period

● Customer satisfaction is our top priority. So, if you want to return your purchased product for whatever reason, return it to us within the 30-day period from the date you have received the shipment.

● Business/reseller customer return periods may vary and will need to contact our customer service at support@metpure.com for return requests.

● Retail customers who wish to initiate a return within the 30 days after receiving the shipment, go to Returns. Or you can log into your account, go to the order history, and initiate a return. Use the generated return label to ship the item back in its original box and weight with the generated RMA label inside the package.

● Based on the reason for your return, your return shipping label cost may be deducted from the balance of your refund.

● You have 30 days from the day you received your product to generate a return label. For product return AFTER the 30-day return period, the product is subject to the General Warranty Policy.

Return Shipment Details

● When returning a product, use its original box. If you no longer have the original box, use a box of the same dimensions.

● Use generated return label that was emailed to you to ship the item back.

● If a return was made without using the generated label provided to you or the box content does not have an RMA label or any identifiable information, a refund cannot be provided.

● Resellers and business account customers wishing to make a return need to contact our customer service.

● Refund will be provided only if the return shipment is received.

● To prevent return shipping damage, repack the product in the same manner that it originally came with.

● Include everything that was shipped to you in the original box, including all parts, manual, and any free promotional items.

● Drain all water from any product before shipping.

● To avoid refund deductions, unless defective or damaged, return all products in resell-as-new condition.

● Include RMA Number in the return shipment box.

Shipment Refusal

● If you refuse a shipment, you must wait for the item to return back to us before a refund can be issued.

● Shipping charges will be deducted from the balance of your refund once the refused shipment is received by us.

Refund Details

Refunds are provided in the same form as the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to process and are only processed after the return is received in full. Once processed, it may take up to an additional 10-days for your bank/credit card company to issue the refund back to your statement. The amount of the refund will be based on the reason of return and condition of the product return. The refund amount is equal to the amount you paid at check-out unless other charges are applied to the balance of your refund such as product shipping and return cost, non-complete return deduction, and non-resell-as-new condition return deduction.
