Filter life is about 3-6 months or 6,000 gallons depending on usage and local water quality. We recommend that it be replaced every 6-12 months for optimum performance. • This whole house water filter is easy to install, just unscrew the canister and drop the water filter in then screw it back together. Remember to flush for at least 5 gallons before usage.
