DRILL COUNTER HOLE: The vase style non air gap faucet stem is approximately 7/16” wide, so you would need to drill a hole larger than that. The escutcheon plate, that goes on top of the counter, is approximately 2 inches wide, but the washer that goes underneath the counter is approximately 1 and 11/16" wide. So, drill counter hole over 7/16” wide, but under 1-11/16” wide.
