- Manufactured with high purity coconut shell activated carbon, then compressed into block form. Filter is wrapped with dense PP food-grade non-shedding fabric, preventing carbon fines from entering the filtered water.
- For drinking water applications.
- Do not use where water is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the filter.
- Flush the filter with at least 3 gallons of water prior to usage or if contains carbon, until black carbon residue disappears.
- To avoid danger of suffocation, keep plastic wrapper away from babies and children. Do not use in cribs, beds, carriages or playpens. The plastic wrapper is not a toy. Discard plastic wrapper and any other packing materials immediately after removing product.

- Temperature rating: 40 F - 125 F (4.5 C - 51.6 C).
